Hi there, I’m new to this and have one copy of X, support for which expires in 26 days. I’m also thinking of getting another license for another site. So, I have a few questions.
1. Presumably to continue to get updates I need to buy continued support? Is this correct?
2. Support only seems to be available on a 6 month basis and seems to cost virtually the same as the original license – correct?
3. If I have two or more licences then do I only need to buy continued support on one of them to continue to get updates for all of the sites? i.e. – it gets cheaper the more licences you have OR do I have to buy support for each licence (can’t see that this is the case but asking just to be sure).Cheers Fiona

Thanks for writing in! Please ignore this noticed as matter of fact you do not have to buy any support at all. All you have to do is to sign up to our community forum, which you already did, when you are a member of the forum, you can use the forum for support for as long as the forum is active.
Please keep in mind that:
Support is available to verified customers by forum only. Forum response time can take up to 24 hours Monday through Friday and can be longer on the weekend. Complex questions may take longer, and all questions are answered from oldest to newest.Hope this explains it briefly.
