509WebDesignerParticipantI have a site for a Real Estate agent where there is an IDX plugin that shows properties on a Google Map. None of these maps work with X as the theme (but work fine with Twenty Sixteen). Please help.

LelyModeratorHi There,
Thanks for posting in. Unfortunately, we don’t use email on this forum. Feel free to use any of your email and then just update the password after we check. Please also note that we can check but we cannot guarantee compatibility. Regretfully, we cannot provide support for third party plugins or scripts as our support policy in the sidebar states due to the fact that there is simply no way to account for all of the potential variables at play when using another developer’s plugin or script. Because of this, any questions you have regarding setup, integration, or troubleshooting any piece of functionality that is not native to X will need to be directed to the original developer.
Thank you for your understanding.

RadModeratorHi there,
Did it fix your issue? The child theme is just an empty theme and should not affect your plugin like the main theme. Unless, the child theme has customization that can cause conflicts.
Thanks for sharing!
