I have X- lic. code that I received from uGURUS. I did not purchase the product from THEMCO nor from Envato, but this is a full feature licence. I built the site on temporary domains and did not get any validation requests from Thmeco. After updating the site to my production domain now I have a message that the product is not validated. In my Themco account this lic. is listed as valid and shows my production and development domains. Themes and plugins are all up to date.

I cannot ‘validate’ my lic. because I do not have a purchase code. uGURUS assured that we are getting fully valid licences.

How can I validate my installation?

    Hi Voytek,

Thanks for writing in! You still have a Themeco License Key, right? You can use this to validate your site as well. If you find your site is not validated, kindly try re-validating with your license that could be found on your Theme account > Manage License.

    Cheers!

    Hello Rupok,
    Thank you for your reply.
I removed and added my production and staging URL’s. But the button to ‘validate’ applies only to the new purchase. I cannot find a way to re-validate the licemce.
Anyways, it seems like everything is working fine so I may just disregard the message in the admin panel until … the next upgrade 🙂

Let me know if you have another way to help me,
    Thanks again,
    Voytek
    PS.

Themco team did a great job on the X-theme. Lots of small things that actually are ‘big’ issues for developers. One of those is allowing for the production and staging URL’s – one of my most annoying issues going back and forth between the environments ….

    Hi Voytek,

Thanks for updating. If you face this issue on future, you can provide us the license key and WordPress credentials so that we could check what’s going on.

    Cheers!
