FriechModeratorHi There,
Thanks for writing in! Please revoke and re-validate your site with the steps below.
1] Please go to X Addons > Home and revoke the validation (https://s3.amazonaws.com/community-themeco/app/uploads/2016/04/17110514/Capture53.jpg).
2] Please login to your account and revoke the license.
3] After you have revoke the license, you need to re assign the license again to your site using. You have to make sure that url you just assign is the same as the one you have in your settings, Settings > General > Site Address
4] Go back to X Addons > Home again, and insert the purchased code again.Let us know how it goes.
Cheers!

steveporkParticipantI’m seeing the same issue, after revoking and re-applying the licence.
I am using the CloudFlare CDN however, could that be causing a problem?

JadeModeratorHi Steve,
You can try disabling your CloudFlare CDN and see if it sorts it out.
In case it won’t, would you mind providing us with login credentials so we can take a closer look? To do this, you can make a post with the following info:
– Link to your site
– WordPress Admin username / password
– FTP credentialsDon’t forget to select Set as private reply. This ensures your information is only visible to our staff.

steveporkParticipantDisabling CloudFlare allowed me to update the plugin,
but disabling CloudFlare is not a solution. I can’t ask my client to contact me every-time they wish to update their site. Please can you look into this for me?

FriechModeratorHi There,
On your CloudFlare account, setup a Page Rules to ignore URLs with /wp-admin/ and /wp-login.php/.
Thanks.
