john_webParticipantHello-
I am migrating a site that I built with X and Cornerstone to a multisite install on a different host. I’m not sure what I’m doing wrong but X isn’t working and I am unable to download the addon plugins that I was using on the site before the migration.
I have X network enabled. On the site dashboard XAddons is present as usual, and it is validated. When I try to install one of the extension plugins it says ‘Error encountered’ Details ( which says ‘No Plugin Specified’).
I’d appreciate some advice.

RahulModeratorHey There,
Thanks for the working credentials :
Please do the following:
1] Please go to X Addons > Home and revoke the validation.
2] Please login to your account and revoke the license. https://community.theme.co/my-account/
3] After you have revoke the license, you need to re assign the license again to your site using this url: https://www.your-domain.com/. You have to make sure that url you just assign is the same as the one you have in your settings, Settings > General > Site Address
4] Go back to X Addons > Home again, and insert the license again.
Hope this helps.

john_webParticipantThanks for getting back to me. Unfortunately, that didn’t work. The license was already assigned to this site before I migrated it but afterwards it says that the license number is being used on another site. I’ve tried un-assigning and re-assigning every variation of the urlbut that same message comes up every time.
I’m new to multisites. I uploaded the theme to the super admin dashboard but there does not appear to be a place to validate it at that level. I attempted validation on the dashboard of the actual site with the results listed above. Does it sound like I’m doing it correctly as far as the multisite thing goes?
Thanks for your help.

RadModeratorHi there,
I like to try it out too, but the login credentials you provide has no full capability as admin. Like there is no way to access themes and plugins through that account.
Please provide the login credentials of your network admin.
Thanks!
