    HI,
    I have tested the extension by adding emails to the sign up widget and page on my website but the emails don’t show in MailChimp and the list and I get no notification email.

    It evens says the thank you message that you are subscribed.

    I have looked at the settings in Addons, Email Forms and it looks fine with the correct Mailchimp list and the API is recognised.

    I have created Category Groups for the Mailchimp list but the extension doesn’t give any option to add them in or ask the question. Is this the problem?

    Please look for me and see what is wrong.

    Hi there,

    It has Two Factor authentication and I can’t get in. Please check and let me know.

    And please provide some screenshots of the email you’re getting.
