    Hi,

    the Mail Chimp Plug-In from the X-theme can’t connect with the created API Key. If i paste the API and click update there is just a blank site. I watched the tutorial but stuck already at the first step, because the theme doesn’t take the API.

    Hey Pascal,

    I tried logging in using your FTP credentials but they’re incorrect. Please check and also enable debugging. See https://codex.wordpress.org/Debugging_in_WordPress

    Hi there,

    It’s a different protocol (SFTP) than FTP and I was able to log into your server. Upon further testing, your issue is that you don’t have CURL extension installed on your server which needed to communicate with MailChimp API.

    Please contact your hosting provider and ask them to set it up for you.
