WilliamHTBAMSParticipantI am trying to edit my site, but every time I click on “Customize”, it brings me to the loading screen and flips the X logo back and forth.
After talking to my hosting site, I was able to bump the php memory limit to 512mb. After this, the problem still continues.
Please advise ASAP
EDIT: I just saw the last thread and didn’t see where the comments got to the 2nd page. My bad. I changed the login information because of the delay between my response the rep’s response. Please respond to what I need to provide I will send another private message

Rue NelModeratorHello There,
Thanks for writing in! To assist you better with this issue, would you mind providing us the url of your site with login credentials so we can take a closer look? This is to ensure that we can provide you with a tailored answer to your situation. Once you have provided us with your URL, we will be happy to assist you with everything.
To do this, you can make a post with the following info:
– Link to your site
– WordPress Admin username / passwordDon’t forget to select Set as private reply. This ensures your information is only visible to our staff.
I’ve checked your other threads. Is this the site, https://hxwtxbxxmxsxcsxccxss.com/, in question? It seems that there is a fatal error going on. Can you please enable WP_DEBUG mode? You can do this by opening
wp-config.phpand adding
define( 'WP_DEBUG' , true );just above/* That's all, stop editing! Happy blogging. */For example:define('WP_DEBUG', true); /* That's all, stop editing! Happy blogging. */When you revisit the page, there should have some error output describing the issue in more detail.
Please let us know how it goes.

WilliamHTBAMSParticipantThe issue came from the plugin WPtouch Mobile plugin. I removed that and the issue was fixed.
