jonathansorumParticipantI’m having issues with automatic updates not working on X.
I’m expecting to get 4.6.4 – but the update page states that 4.4.2 is the most recent one.
Actions taken to resolve:
In WP I’ve revoked the license
On Themeco I’ve removed and re-added my site urlSite url: sorum.com
WP version: 4.7
Cornerstone: 1.3.3Worth mentioning is that earlier today I couldn’t access wp-admin, got an error with Cornerstone plugin. Had to manually update Cornerstone via FTP (using 4.6.4 package) to regain access to my WP Dashboard. Could my automatic update issues be related?

RupokMemberHi there,
I am getting error on login page – http://prntscr.com/dojevk
Perhaps you changed the login URL or a plugin might causing this by changing permission. Let us know how we can log in to your site. You can remove the third party plugins from FTP if you can’t access wither.
Thanks!

RadModeratorHi there,
Would you mind providing your FTP login credentials as well?
I installed debug bar plugins and yes, there is no out going requests for theme.co, maybe something is blocking it. I’ll see if I can find out something through FTP.
Thanks!

RadModeratorHi there,
Ah sorry, was looking on the different thread. I checked and it’s really pulling the 4.4.2 as the latest version. Which could be related to cache I’m correctly getting 4.6.4 in my own installations. The data are pulled as 4.4.2 when requesting, something might supplying the cache data. Would it be okay if I disable your W3 Total Cache and A2 Optimized plugin? I think they could be the culprit, but I can’t confirm it since disabling them may reset your configuration. Please backup your site first.
Thanks!

Rue NelModeratorHello There,
I have deactivated A2 Optimized WP and it seems this is the plugin that caused the issue.

You can now update it to the latest version.

jonathansorumParticipantThanks for sorting it out! I think the A2 “flavor” of WP comes with a setting that blocks some update rights from plugins. Good for security, but I’ll remember to deactivate when doing updates.
