    Hello,

    I am moving my X to a LIVE site from the development site. I moved the theme files manually to the new server and at the same time deleted the old theme and the twenty fifteen theme. WordPress is still showing the old theme but saying it is not installed and at the same time it is not showing X or X-child anywhere. I am looking on the server and it is there. I have even tried to re-install X using the uploader.

    Any suggestions?

    Hi there,

    Would you mind providing us with login credentials so we can take a closer look? To do this, you can make a post with the following info:

    – Link to your site
    – WordPress Admin username / password
    – FTP credentials

    Don’t forget to select Set as private reply. This ensures your information is only visible to our staff.
