MacMartinoParticipantHi, in your
the lower part isn’t correct.
The first line of options (the selector) you talk about the responsive-lightbox feature (concerning an image, not text).
I assume this also goes for the other demo’sCheers!

ChristianModeratorHey Mac,
Thanks for pointing that error. I’ll forward it to the right personnel. The selector attribute works the same though. It targets the text element to be responsive.
It is correct in other stacks. http://demo.theme.co/integrity-1/shortcodes/responsive-text/

MacMartinoParticipantO, I just ran into a question 🙂
I use some accordions and apparently the first accordion is always open.
Is there a way to have none open when you enter the page? I don;t see the option anywhere.
I searched in the forum and check about 20 pages but they all have other problems, as mine is just a standard one I have to post this. Sorry about that.November 7, 2016 at 10:13 am #1247281
RupokMemberHi there,
Thanks for writing back. It’s opened because the “Starts Open” is enabled for the accordion item – http://prntscr.com/d48utp
Let’s turn off this to make it closed.
Cheers!

MacMartinoParticipantI’m sorry – didn’t see that checkbox :((
But my client has another question: usually only 1 item is opened in most accordions. So when you open an item, all others close. Is there a way to achieve this?

JoaoModeratorHi There,
To make your accordion shows one at a time, try to add id for the parent accordion then for accordion items add parent_id for each.
For more information about accordion check this link: http://theme.co/x/demo/integrity/1/shortcodes/accordion/
Hope it helps!
Cheers!

MacMartinoParticipantThis is the first time I have to say, that the support is not what I expected. You always differ from other themes at that point, but now I’m completely lost. The documentation you refer to tells me there should be an option to set a parent_id.
Great. So where do I put this parent id info in what box? At my Cornerstone there’s no ‘parent_id’ section, only an id section, a class section and a style section – for an accordion and for an acoordion item.
So I put the parent_id in the ‘id’ section of an individual accordion item. But it doesn’t work. I put the normal Id of the accordion in the accordion item section, doesn’t work. Running out of options. So please inform me where I should put a parent_id tag and how. And maybe, make the documentation about this one a bit clearer. Whe are not all coding people on this side of the support forum :((November 14, 2016 at 8:43 am #1256459
MacMartinoParticipantI searched for people having trouble with the parent_id setting and found the solution!
So a little less frustration here.

RupokMemberHi there,
Sorry for the confusion. You just need to enable “Link Items” and place an unique ID for the accordion.
Cheers!
