    Hi X,

    I have a problem using WPML multi language plugin with my site http://www.thermcontrol.nl.
    I have activated the plugin and as long as i stay logged in and work in the backend of the site, preparing the translations pages everything works just fine.

    But once i hit ‘update’ and publish the complete site is down. Just a blank page showing when i go to http://www.thermcontrol.nl.

    Is X theme not compatible with WPML? Or do i have to adjust some setting in order to get it properly working.

    X theme is compatible of WPML. WOuld you mind sharing us your admin credentials so we could check your setup closer.

    Hi there,

    Thank you for the login information. I have checked your server environment and the possible issue could be that you’re running PHP v5.4.45 on your server which causes incompatibility issues. WordPress recommends PHP v5.6 or higher (https://wordpress.org/about/requirements/).

    Could you please contact your hosting provider and ask them to update your PHP version and see if that resolves your issues.
