    Hi,

    I have Payment and WP Cost Estimation & Payment Forms Builder

    It seems like the automated email is not send when I got a new member at my course.
    It should send as a confirmation.

    So now people are calling and ask me if they are enrolled or not.

    I have set the settings to send email.

    I have these settings:

    Please help me out 🙂

    Ps. I have a mailchimp account, is it possible to use Merge tags to customize a automated confirmation? Thanks.

    Hi There,

    Would you mind providing us with login credentials so we can take a closer look? To do this, you can make a post with the following info:

    – Link to your site
    – WordPress Admin username / password
