gselwayParticipantHi,
I have been re-directed back to X Theme with this query.
I understand this plug-in has Google Analytics integration but can’t find any information on how to set this up.
All I can see is a place to put my Analytics ID.
Please can you help?

JadeModeratorHi Gavin,
You should be able to see the other fields that you need to setup (refer to screenshot below) when you open/create a new E&P form.
If you are only seeing one field, you could try testing for a plugin conflict. You can do this by deactivating all third party plugins, and seeing if the problem remains. If it’s fixed, you’ll know a plugin caused the problem, and you can narrow down which one by reactivating them one at a time.
Let us know how it goes.

gselwayParticipantHi,
I see the option to add the Google Analytics ID but I can not see any literature/ documentation/ Advice online to advise how to turn this into a Analytics Goal / Adwords Conversion.
Any advice would be rally appreciated!

RupokMemberHi Gavin,
It seems a premium plugin that’s available on CodeCayon as I can see. So they must have good documentation along with support. So I’d request you to reach to plugin support as they will be best to answer your questions.
Cheers!

gselwayParticipantThis is getting a bit silly now.
Every question I ask the plug-in author, they re-direct and re-assure me that X Theme will answer my questions.
There is no documentation that I can find relating to how to integrate with Google Analytics, be it on Code Canyon or via a Google Search.
I would think this is a simple question for them to answer but they won’t, as they correctly state that my version of the plug-in is bundled with my X Theme licence… but then you guys re-direct back to them.
I’m just going round in circles.
Please advise?
Thanks
Gavin

JackKeymasterHi there Gavin,
Sorry about the confusion here. Any premium plugins bundled with X are indeed managed by us, including both updates and support.
You only need to purchase a license to those plugins if you wish to receive support from the author of the plugin.
I’ve looked into the Google Analytics integration for, and it appears overall it’s a “lite” integration and simply integrates with your Google Analytics universal ID, tracking should then show in your GA account for any “hits” on the form and how long people stayed on the form etc. But apart from that, there is no additional advanced tracking using GA events.
If you have any issues please don’t hesitate to ask.
Thanks!

gselwayParticipantHi Jack,
Thank you for your reply.
That explains why there are no other options.
