    this is a big thorn in my side. WP Bakery never updates. Please help me fix this issue

    Would you mind providing us with login credentials so we can take a closer look? To do this, you can make a post with the following info:

    – WordPress Admin username / password

    I know about the deactivate then update method. That does not work either

    Hi there,

    The update is directly pulled from WPBakery update server and not from our end. You may wish to check it with them since you have a license. X theme’s latest copy is still 4.12.
