    Hey,

    It has been a while since I have worked on my website. However, I have expanded my company and need to update my website to reflect this. When I logged in and went to the pages to get to work the visual composer wont load any of content to change.

    So, I have looked through a bunch of info and tried everything that was suggested:
    – Tried deactivating plugins to see if any of them were the issues.
    – Tried clearing the cache to see if that was the issue.
    – Checked all the updates for the theme, plugins, and WP.

    Yet, it is still not working. Any help would be very much appreciated.

    Would you mind providing us with login credentials so we can take a closer look? To do this, you can make a post with the following info:

    – Link to your site
    – WordPress Admin username / password
    – FTP credentials

    Hello There,

    Thanks for providing the information. Upon checking your site, it turns out that you are using an older version of X. Please make sure that you are fully updated. (Theme and Plugins)

    Our latest versions are:
    X Theme: 4.6
    Cornerstone: 1.3
    Visual Composer: 4.12

    You can find the latest version numbers here: (http://theme.co/changelog/) Then you can compare them to what’s installed on your site. If you find anything to be out of date, you can review our update guide.

    X shortcodes has been deprecated and been replaced. Please deactivate and delete X Shortcodes plugin. Please take note that X shortcodes and its functionality has been consolidated into Cornerstone which will be installed automatically when you have updated to the latest version of X.
