Hi Wonderful X Support,

There is a super glitch on my site.
I became aware of it yesterday. My site had upgraded to WP 4.6. I went in to update some plugins and only got a blank screen. My host company thought it was a cornerstone issue so I believe the disabled cornerstone. Today my site showed only the white screen. I had the host company roll it back to a save from 5-6 days ago. The site now appears live, but the WP admin panel is blank. (When they switched – temporarily – to another theme to troubleshoot the admin panel appears as it should).
So with X active again this is the error message:
[25-Aug-2016 15:27:34 UTC] PHP Fatal error: Call to undefined function x_get_font_family_query() in /home2/foxginnc/public_html/RS/wp-content/themes/x/framework/functions/global/enqueue/styles.php on line 44

Oh, as an aside; I accidentally built the site on the main X theme and not the installed child theme. Just fyi.

Thanks for writing in!

You can try adding this in your wp-config.php located at the root directory of your site.

define( 'WP_MEMORY_LIMIT', '256M' );
define( 'WP_MAX_MEMORY_LIMIT', '512M' );

You can add it before the line

/* That’s all, stop editing! Happy blogging. */

PS- The site just re-upgraded to WP 4.6.

It doesn’t seem to have affected the issue of the blank admin panel.

PSS – I just read an article about the font Open Sans. It is my body font.
Could this be the issue?

No, no. It doesn’t work. I was saying the upgrade back to 4.6 had no impact whatsoever.

Thank you for the updates! It appears that you are using X 4.3.2 and Cornerstone 1.2.2. X 4.6.1 and Cornerstone 1.3.1 are now available! This release contains several bug fixes and we’re quite excited about the new features, so be sure to check out the changelog. Please do update to the latest version. After doing the updates, always remember to clear all caches when updating so that the code from the latest release is always in use. This will help you to avoid any potential errors.

Hello There,

For the time being, you cannot update X theme to the latest version. You need to install the child theme. Once the child theme is installed, place all your customizations in the child theme. Once everything is in place, then that’s the time that you can update.

Meanwhile, I have updated your Cornerstone to the latest version. The Blank WP admin were already resolved. You can now login and check out the dashboard.
