quintParticipantI have installed and set up Paid Memberships Pro. In 2016, when viewing a test page, the opportunity to login or register is presented. This is expected and required.
If I switch back to the X theme and visit this same test page, nothing shows. Something in X is preventing the login/register content from showing. Can you help me troubleshoot?
Thanks!

DarshanaModeratorHi there,
Thanks for writing in! Regretfully, we cannot provide support for third party plugins or scripts as our support policy in the sidebar states due to the fact that there is simply no way to account for all of the potential variables at play when using another developer’s plugin or script. Because of this, any questions you have regarding setup, integration, or troubleshooting any piece of functionality that is not native to X will need to be directed to the original developer.
Thank you for your understanding.

quintParticipantHello,
This is not about support for a third party plugin. Clearly this works in 2016 which is a standard to which theme.co adheres. It has to do with how your template structure functions and probably Cornerstone relative to 2016. Where your tool meanders from the 2016 standard is more than likely why there is a problem. So focus on that and provide some direction on that. It will help not only me but also many of your other customers. We would all appreciate it.

NicoModeratorHi There,
I will forward this conflict to our developer so that they could check it.
Feel free to follow up this conflict on this thread.
Thank you so much for understanding.

quintParticipantHello,
Update For Future Reference: If one directs PaidMembershipsPro to set up the default pages that it requires, the theme’s default template is chosen. I changed the default template for each required page to Blank Container| Header, Footer. Now it works.
Question: Incidentally, which file is X-Theme’s default template?
Thanks!

Rue NelModeratorHello There,
Thanks for the updates! The X themes default template is located here:
wp-content/themes/x/framework/views/{your-stack}/wp-page.php. If you want to customize this, we would like to suggest that you use a child theme. This allows you to make code changes that won’t be overwritten when an X update is released. After your child theme is setup, please review how we recommend making template changes in Customization Best Practices. You can then copy the file
wp-content/themes/x/framework/views/{your-stack}/wp-page.phpto your child theme’s folderwp-content/themes/x-child/framework/views/{your-stack}/wp-page.phpHope this helps.
