    Hi guys

    Ive just installed theme x on a staging site for a client.

    Im trying to do some aesthetic improvements to the website but am getting this error on product pages.

    Fatal error: Call to undefined function wc_get_product_attachment_props() in /var/www/thesanctuary/staging-site/wp-content/themes/x/woocommerce/single-product/product-image.php on line 28

    Would you know why?

    Just to say, the staging site was working fine until I switched to themex, I presumed it would just work fine and cant see why it would trip woo commerce

    Also, oddly the customize page does not load either?

    Hi there,

    Are you using WooCommerce before installing X? Make sure to use the updated WooCommerce plugin.

    If you still face issue, would you mind providing us with login credentials so we can take a closer look? To do this, you can make a post with the following info:

    – Link to your site
    – WordPress Admin username / password
    – FTP credentials

    Don’t forget to select Set as private reply. This ensures your information is only visible to our staff.
