I have this wired problem where my whole dashboard shifts to the left. The website becomes unusable.

Rue NelModeratorHello There,
Thanks for writing in! I have logged in and I could not replicate the issue. Upon checking, this is what I see: http://prntscr.com/corq0z. It could be a caching issue. Please try to clear your browser cache or use Chrome’s incognito mode and test your site again.
Please let us know how it goes.

SarDiraParticipantHello again,
It happens on 4 different computers at 3 different locations both Mac & Win. So it is not a cache problem.
I discovered it happens when your dashboard is set to English (yours in the screenshot is Arabic). I also discovered it happens on pages that has WPML on it. I don’t know if I should go to you or WPML. But I think I should check with you first.
Please try again and go to Posts tab or Pages tab. I’ve set your language as English.
Thanks for your patience 🙂

Rue NelModeratorHello There,
Thank you for the clarifications! I have tried it and I can confirm the issue. I could say that this is not X related. You can always switch to Twenty Sixteen theme to confirm. It sounds like you might be having an issue with a third party plugin or by WP itself. Regretfully, we cannot provide support for third party plugins or scripts as our support policy in the sidebar states due to the fact that there is simply no way to account for all of the potential variables at play when using another developer’s plugin or script. Because of this, any questions you have regarding setup, integration, or troubleshooting any piece of functionality that is not native to X will need to be directed to the original developer.
Thank you for your understanding.

SarDiraParticipantOh this is embarrassing now! I’m really sorry I should have done more tests. I tried to switch plugins but never thought of trying to switch the theme.
Well. Anyways this is a proof that you guys are knowledgeable and you earned your place as the makers of the best theme in the market 😉
Cheers and sorry again for your valuable time
