    Hi there,

    I have ran into an issue after installing X-Theme. I would also like to say that I am only 13 years old and this was a big purchase for me and my WordPress dashboard page being completely blank I am starting to get worried. My site also contains important blog posts and media so I need this issue resolved ASAP. I purchased X-Theme last night and everything was fine until I refreshed the page and now when I go to access my dashboard I am greeted with a blank page. I can however access my site by just typing in the URL but when I go to access my dashboard it is just a blank screen.

    I need help in resolving this issue fast because I have a lot of premium users who are not getting to access what they need.

    Hey Aaran,

    Would you mind providing us with login credentials so we can take a closer look? To do this, you can make a post with the following info:

    – Link to your site
    – WordPress Admin username / password
    – FTP credentials

    Don’t forget to select Set as private reply. This ensures your information is only visible to our staff.
