    Hello guys,

    I keep having a crash on Google Chrome when I try to load the customizer, the error message is that Google chrome doesn’t have enough memory to load the page. I deactivated every plugin on the site and deleted all the custom css I had added previously. When I deactivate the theme the customizer loads without any issue, but when I activate X I am only able to access the customizer by using Windows Edge.

    I tried to investigate the javascript console but I don’t succeed fiding out what’s wrong. The site’s cache is deleted as well.

    Do you need access to the dashboard or SFTP access ?

    Please can you help ?

    Hi There,

    In this case, would you mind providing us with login credentials so we can take a closer look? To do this, you can make a post with the following info:

    – Link login to your site
    – WordPress Admin username / Password
    – FTP Account
