Paul RModeratorHi,
It was a cache issue, I temporarily disable it in your wp-config.php file
define( 'WP_CACHE', false );Please login to wp and clear your plugin cache.
Thanks

wakspiddlevakParticipantCan I use the cache plugin now? Or no? Will this happen again?
ThanksDecember 24, 2016 at 12:06 am #1303388
Rue NelModeratorHello There,
Thanks for writing in! Since you are using a caching plugin, when this happens you will need to clear your site cache. And also I noticed that you are using CloudFlare, you will have to logged in to your CloudFlare account and clear your site cache once in a while.
Hope this helps.

wakspiddlevakParticipantDont understand why cacheing would do this? Since I dont know when this is going to happen its not very realistic to purge the cache. in the mean time people could be visiting a broken website.
X theme cant handle using cache>?
December 24, 2016 at 3:46 am #1303461
RadModeratorHi there,
If that’s possible then we can make X theme handle it, but it’s not. Caches are harder control through theme or other plugins. Let’s say the cache is a pre-saved copy of your site to prevent it from re-executing all the codes, hence, faster loading. If X theme can’t re-execute the codes due to cache then it can’t control it either.
That’s why you can only clear cache through the provided features of the cache plugin itself. Purging and cleaning are the jobs of the cache plugin you installed.
Thanks!

Paul RModeratorHi,
There is a syntax error in your wp-config.php file.
I went ahead and fix it for you.
You can now access your site.
Thanks
