    Hi There,

Please try reinstalling your Woocommerce. Remove it then reinstall it again using X adds on.

Let us know how it goes.

    Thanks.

    Hello There,

Regretfully the given access credentials is not working for us. Please double check.

When you deactivate or uninstall WooCommerce, it will not delete your products. The products however will no longer be visible. Once you have reinstalled and activated WooCommerce again, you can view the products.

To properly set up shipping in your WooCommerce site, please do check out the documentation here: https://docs.woothemes.com/documentation/plugins/woocommerce/getting-started/shipping/

    Hope this helps.

    Hello There,

I also tried logging in on your website with the credentials above given but without success.

Can you confirm if they are correct so we can check your setup?

Did you check the shipping documentation above recommended?

    Thanks

    Joao

    Hi,

It sounds like you might be having an issue with a third party plugin or script. Regretfully, we cannot provide support for third party plugins or scripts as our support policy in the sidebar states due to the fact that there is simply no way to account for all of the potential variables at play when using another developer’s plugin or script. Because of this, any questions you have regarding setup, integration, or troubleshooting any piece of functionality that is not native to X will need to be directed to the original developer.

    Thank you for your understanding.
