I recently updated to the latest version of WooCommerce (version 2.6.3) and was alerted that X-Theme may need to update some template files. Specifically, there are 5 tables which do not exist in the database and x/woocommerce/single-product/product-image.php and x/woocommerce/single-product/product-thumbnails.php are requesting to be updated to the latest version (from 2.0.14 and 2.3.0, respectively).

Please advise how I should proceed or is this something we’ll need to wait on the Theme.co team to address with an update to X?

Can you confirm that you are fully updated? (Theme and Plugins)

You can find the latest version numbers here: (http://theme.co/changelog/) Then you can compare them to what’s installed on your site.

I believe we’re up-to-date: X-Theme (version 4.6.0), WordPress (version 4.5.3), and WooCommerce (version 2.6.3).

We update all single-product woocommerce files to x theme woocommerce folder and the formating product page simply gone. We appreciate any help you could give us.

We have overriden all the single-product files in x theme woocommerce folder. We tried to make changes thru Cornerstone with no success. Any idea??

Hello Guys,

WooCommerce 2.6.3 were released just a few days ago. And X theme 4.6 supports up to WooCommerce 2.6.2 yet. We will be releasing and update soon that will fix this issue. Please ignore these messages. We will be releasing an update soon.

For a temporary fix, you can edit the mentioned file and change the version to 2.6.3. Please see the image as an example below:

Will this update also address an issue I’ve noticed where several of the database tables are missing?

Until the update is released, try downgrading the WooCommerce plugin to fix the problem https://community.theme.co/kb/version-compatibility/. Missing tables issue should be fixed too with the latest WooCommerce version support in X theme.
