ForesterParticipantMy Woocommerce tabs do not appear as “tabs” – only the HTML code shows. ???????????????
I am using the latest versions of X Theme and WordPress, and the Woocommerce plugins. I have searched the forum for topics related to this problem, and tried using the various jQuery code snippets suggested for others with similar problems. None of these makes my tabs appear. Can you please take a look at my website to try to determine the problem and provide me with a fix? Thank you for your help.
My website is http://www.expandingwave.com. I’ll be happy to provide the logon credentials when you ask.

JadeModeratorHi there,
Kindly install and enable the Cornerstone plugin from the addons page so that the shortcodes will work.
Thank you.

ForesterParticipantThank you! I could not see where to obtain the free version of the plugin that should come with my four copies of X, but I purchased a version, installed it, activated it….. and now everything works! Thank you very much for your help, and for your time.

ForesterParticipantHELP!
Installing the cornerstone plugin seems to have broken something else. Now there is HTML code (such as this – [vc_row padding_top=”0px” padding_bottom=”0px”][vc_column fade_animation_offset=”45px” width=”1/1″]) appearing at the tops and bottoms of the text on many of my pages and before paragraphs on many of my pages. I have been experimenting with the Customizer, but I cannot see how to fix this.

RupokMemberHi there,
I can’t see such code on the tabs. Can you point us a URL where you are facing? I have checked on single products.
Cheers!

ForesterParticipantGreetings, Rupok, and thank you for checking. Here is an example from the first page on the web site (http://www.expandingwave.com/home)
It is all the other pages, not the Woocommerce product pages, that seem to have broken now. It looks to me as if a change has been made in a shortcode for column or paragraph creation – something to do with the CSS? I am not an HTML or CSS skilled person, so am uncertain – just guessing. My internet connection is very slow at the moment, but I am trying to re-write a page with Cornerstone (and Cornerstone shortcodes) to see if doing this will fix the problem.

ForesterParticipantWhoops. I deleted the html code on that page without having a good duplicate. Here is another URL (http://www.expandingwave.com/realflow-scenes/) that shows the code.

ForesterParticipantNevermind, but thank you for your time and attention. I can fix these problems myself by editing each page.

JadeModeratorGlad to hear that.
