Please add this code to Admin > Appearance > Customizer > Custom > Javascript

jQuery('.single-product [itemprop="description"]').insertBefore( jQuery('.price').parent() );

I guess that is what you asked for and the script exactly do this as tested from our end. Make sure you have added the code properly under Custom > JavaScript in the Customizer.
