I am using WooCommerce and WooCommerce Simple Storewide Sale with X Theme. The banner in this image (https://codecanyon.net/item/woocommerce-simple-storewide-sale/14867971) does not display at all when a sale is enabled. The function is this one…

    https://docs.woocommerce.com/wc-apidocs/function-woocommerce_demo_store.html

Is there anything I can do to make this banner show up in my store?

    Thanks,
    Alex

    Hi There,

    Thanks for writing in.

First, You could try testing for a plugin conflict. You can do this by deactivating all third party plugins, and seeing if the problem remains. If it’s fixed, you’ll know a plugin caused the problem, and you can narrow down which one by reactivating them one at a time.

Let us know how it goes.

    Thanks.

It doesn’t even look like the file exists in the WooCommerce install that I did through X Theme. Does X Theme allow for these kinds of banners?

    Hi Alex,

Thank you for the credentials. It is there when I checked at the bottom of your page. See this:http://screencast-o-matic.com/watch/cDXUfKQQHN. Regarding it’s position, please check in with the plugin developer. There’s no CSS attached to it that will control it’s position that’s why it is at the bottom.

    Hope this helps.
