    Hi there,

    Just wondering how I can configure the shop page columns. I’ve been in the customise section and chosen 3 columns, 2 columns, 4 columns…but nothing seems to work.

    This is how it appears:

    Hi there,

    Thanks for writing in! First of all, make sure that you’re fully updated including Theme and Plugins.

    You can find the latest version numbers here: (https://community.theme.co/kb/version-compatibility/) Then you can compare them to what’s installed on your site.

    If you find anything to be out of date, you can review our update guide.
