    Something is funky with my shop layout:

    Under “Shop Columns” in the customizer I have selected 4 columns, but the shop only displays 2 columns, leaving half of the page blank. When I switch to the 2015 theme, the 4 columns display correctly. I’m not using any custom Woocommerce templates or a child theme. Any ideas how to fix this?

    Okay, I found a fix thanks to this link:

    Long story short, I copied the templates from the Woocommerce plugin directory to the Woocommerce folder in the X Theme directory.

    Glad you sorted things out, but that should not happen X is compatible with Woocommerce. Would you mind letting us know what template did you copy?
