    Hi, I just updated my theme to the latest version (4.6.1) and then did the Woocommerce 2.6 upgrade. Even though I’ve selected 2 columns in the Woocommerce shop options (under the Customizer), I’m still only getting 1. I’m thinking of using CSS to fix the issue but I would rather find out why this is not working (template issue?)

    Hey There,

    Do you have child theme customizations? Please remove them for a moment. Also, please clear all caches and deactivate all third party plugins and double check it. If the problem still persists, let us know. We’d be happy to assist you.
