billium99ParticipantHi – I’m running an Ethos theme and while I see the tab for product reviews, all is enabled both in WooCommerce settings and in X Theme Customizer, my review box is empty when tabbing over to it. And there is no way to leave a review.
Any idea if there is a style sheet problem or something else preventing this?

This product I just added a test review via the admin editor and confirmed even that isn’t visible. I’ll enclose admin login details in a follow-up note…
Any recommendations?

billium99ParticipantIt’s not that simple – per your own advice, I must tread very cautiously now with updates, as you helped me customize my child theme over a year ago, and an X Theme update in January of this year broke the site entirely until we put custom code in place to call the old child theme files.
So bottom line: I will update X, but please tell me why you think this is necessary for a WooCommerce product reviews fix. Is this actually addressed in a recent update?

That is WooCommerce requires updated theme files to match their update. Please see version compatibility for more details https://community.theme.co/kb/version-compatibility/. We have not encountered this issue with compatible versions.
