Building a website for a client and am having issues with the tabs on the product page. Instead of clickable tabs, it’s suddenly showing code in between the content for each tab.

I’m not super familiar with WordPress. I had a previous issue where two checkout buttons would show up on the checkout page, and an update fixed it, but now this is happening.

Hi there,

Thanks for writing in.

You installed the wrong cornerstone plugin, it’s from a different author.

1. Please delete cornerstone and X shortcodes plugin
2. Go to Admin > Addons and reload it until cornerstone is installed.
3. Login to your FTP or File manager and delete /wp-content/x/woocommerce/ folder
4. Download the latest X package from ThemeForest and extract it then find the /x/woocommerce/ folder.
5. With same FTP or File Manager, upload the extract folder /x/woocommerce/ to /wp-content/x/

That should reset your templates, upgrading from very old version will leave some file residue and deleting them is recommended. And if you have custom code in your child theme’s functions.php related to woocommerce or /woocommerce/ folder on your child theme, then please disable them.

Awesome. Will I lose any data from WooCommerce, or any functionality, by deleting the woocommerce folder? Just want to double check before deleting anything. Thanks!

Hello There,

No you will not lose anything settings or functionality. Please also deactivate and delete X Shortcodes 3.0.5 plugin. Please take note that X shortcodes 3.0.5 and its functionality has been consolidated into Cornerstone which should have been installed automatically with latest X version.
