koruailimitedParticipantHello,
I have deleted all products images from Media -> library, and added new ones.
Then i went to “products” to add the new ones, and now i can’t set this images in my products. I can’t click on “add product galley images” and “set product image” is different than before.Any helps?
Thanks

Paul RModeratorHi,
Thank you for providing your login credentials.
Upon checking, It seems to be working fine on my end.
See Video – http://screencast.com/t/HfO88ja1rbk
Can you try it on a different browser or computer.

koruailimitedParticipantYes, it’s true. It’s working with Firefox. I couldn’t with chrome and safari. I don’t know why I’m having a lot of issues with these 3 browser. Sometimes works in one and not in others.
Thanks for your time

LelyModeratorHi There,
I am using latest Chrome and Windows 10 and I am able to click product. I tried it on this link:http://www.koruai.com/product/mala-spiritual-necklace-with-rudraksha-and-lava-black-stones-green-light/, remove the existing product and then add it again. It works, see this:http://screencast-o-matic.com/watch/cD1IIQiboE. Would you mind checking for console errors when this happens? When you unable to access this link or when it is not working, try to right click > inspect element > Console tab: Check for any errors. Giving us you browser and OS version will help too in the investigation of the issue.
