LiquidPrintOneParticipantOk, I figured it out. I am using the “component-option-thumbnail.php” to change the main composit product images and placed it in my theme “/wp-content/themes/x-child/woocommerce/single-product/” (I got it from “/wp-content/plugins/woocommerce-composite-products/templates/single-product”) and “image.php” used to change the selected composite product image and placed into “/wp-content/themes/x-child/woocommerce/composited-product/” (from /wp-content/plugins/woocommerce-composite-products/templates/composited-product) changed ‘shop_catalog’ to ‘shop_single’ in both files. Regenerated my thumbnails and now it is working like I want it to… I have rectangle images on my shop page and square images in my component options. Hope this helps someone else!
