arogers907ParticipantI have a default install of Woocommerce (v. 2.6.8) plugged into my X-Theme (v. 4.6.4) site at andyrogers.com. Everything is up to date on WordPress 4.6.1 hosted at DreamHost.com.
I’ve tried changing the email “Content Type” as some support posts have indicated. I’ve also tried the WP SMTP pluggin, as suggested on support posts where people have had similar problems. I still have yet to get Woorcommerce to successfully send an email notification.
Am I missing something simple?
Thanks in advance for any assistance!

DarshanaModeratorHi there,
Thanks for writing in! It would be better to contact your hosting provider as they have access to your log files.
Also you may try following this instructions (https://www.siteground.com/tutorials/wordpress/send-emails-with-smtp.htm).
If you don’t know how to setup your own email account, please follow this resource (http://www.wpbeginner.com/wp-tutorials/how-to-use-smtp-server-to-send-wordpress-emails/).
Thanks!

arogers907ParticipantThe SMTP pluggin plus SSL cert and SMTP setting from Dreamhost got the job done.
Thank you, Themeco team! =)
