DawnCreativeParticipantWhile editing products in WooCommerce, there are many things broken. To name a few:
- Can’t add product gallery images
- Can’t edit URL
- Can’t add new categories
- Can’t add variable product images
When I click any of these, there is no error… just nothing. I’ve tried in Chrome and Firefox with the same results.

Thank you!

John EzraMemberHi there,
Thanks for writing in! Something may be conflicting. Have you tried testing for a plugin conflict?
You can do this by deactivating all third party plugins, and seeing if the problem remains. If it’s fixed, you’ll know a plugin caused the problem, and you can narrow down which one by reactivating them one at a time.
Let us know how that goes. Hope this helps – thanks!

DawnCreativeParticipantThanks for the advice.
Seems I found the culprit, Slider Revolution. I’ve made sure slider revolution and WooCommerce are both updated to the latest versions. Is there a fix for this?

JoaoModeratorHi There,
Slider Revolution and Woocomerce should work just fine togheter.
Would you mind providing details about what you have found and also providing us with login credentials so we can take a closer look? To do this, you can make a post with the following info:

DawnCreativeParticipantIt actually seem like Slider Revolution is affecting more than product pages. I also tried to change a published page to a draft and wasn’t able to until after I deactivated the plugin.

ChristianModeratorHey Dawn,
I’ve changed your Permalink setting to Plain for a moment and this page http://www.kawasakikidsfoundation.org/kawasaki-kid-spotlight/ displays fine now unlike when using the custom permalink structure. Would you mind deactivating all third party plugins while we investigate? Does your web host has their own caching system? If so, please try clearing all caches.
Thanks.

DawnCreativeParticipantCache has been flushed and all plugins except for WooCommerce have been deactivated.

ChristianModeratorHey there,
Your WordPress Address is in https but your Site Address is in http. That could potentially be an issue. Please contact your web host to setup everything in https.
Thanks.

DawnCreativeParticipantI just forced https for the whole site and in WooCommerce. Still no dice.

RadModeratorHi there,
I still can see HTTP setup, please try changing your site’s URL to https. You can do that at your Flywheel Dashboard since it’s not allowed within WordPress admin. You may also install Better Search & Replace plugin to replace all instances of http://www.kawasakikidsfoundation.org to https://www.kawasakikidsfoundation.org (please make sure you’re replacing correct URL by another correct URL, else, it will break your site, get a backup first).
Thanks!
June 23, 2016 at 9:23 pm #1057454
DawnCreativeParticipantI’ve changed it in my Flywheel dashboard. I see https as I navigate through the site.
June 24, 2016 at 1:03 am #1057644
Rue NelModeratorHello There,
Flywheel has a caching feature that caches your entire site for faster loading. I would recommend that you clear your site cache first. Please check out this link: https://getflywheel.com/wordpress-support/how-do-i-clear-my-cache/
By the way, I went ahead and did a search and replace to make sure that everything is loaded via https. I then created a sample product to test to add a gallery. I also tried adding “Other” category for the sample product. So far I could no longer replicate the issue you were having. Please do test it on your end.
I would highly recommend that you please clear your browser’s cache first or use Chrome’s incognito mode or other browser’s private browsing mode and test your site again.
Please let us know how it goes.

DawnCreativeParticipantI cleared the cache on flywheel and in my browser. I also logged in through an incognito browser. Everything seemed to be working fine, except then I noticed you didn’t activate any of the other plugins. After I activated them. I was back to having the same problems.
Did you reactivate the plugins and test?
June 24, 2016 at 8:33 pm #1058815
RadModeratorHi there,
What plugin are they? If they are the one that causing the issue then it must be checked or removed.
Thanks!
