Wardo_SDParticipantHello!
We’ve recently started experiencing some errors with Woocommerce! When we visit the Woocommerce “Shop” page we do not see the correct amount of columns. If the layout is set to be four columns, only two columns will display. The issue is the same if you change the column layout to three or two columns it ends up splitting the row in half and the rest of the row displaying underneath the correct one. X Theme and the Woocommerce/Woocommerce related plugins are up-to-date on the site.
I will place the site’s URL in a private message below.
Do you have any ideas on what could be causing this issue?
Thanks in advance for your assistance!

RupokMemberHi there,
Thanks for wriitng in! I have checked your site and setup and it’s causing because you are using older version of theme.
Can you confirm that you are fully updated? (Theme and Plugins). You can find the latest version numbers here: (http://theme.co/changelog/) Then you can compare them to what’s installed on your site.
If you find anything to be out of date, you can review our update guide.
