sleepingbearfarmsParticipantHi,
I am unsure if you’ll be able to replicate this.
WordPress Version 4.5.3
X Theme 4.6.1When a user tries to checkout, any modification of information on the page will trap them in an AJAX reloading cycle. For instance, if the form is pre-populated with your name and address, via your browser, and you change the address – when you enter your CC number, the page will reload – and clear your CC number. It is impossible to complete an order in this manner. Conversion rates have plummeted from 4% to less than 1% in the past three days and I suspect this is the reason.
I have activated and deactivated plugins. Unsure what else to try. Can you help??

sleepingbearfarmsParticipantAlso just to clarify –
This appears to only happen if someone changes the address info that has been filled in by the browser (auto-fill). At least, that’s the only instance I have found in testing. For instance, if it auto-populates 123 Main St, and I change that to 122 Main Street, and then go to enter my payment info, the page refreshes (and loses the payment info) everytime you enter it. It calls the “sitename.com/?wc-ajax=update_order_review” function (? maybe not the right word) each time. But clears the CC number. So it’s impossible to order.

Nabeel AModeratorHi again,
Thank you for providing the credentials. It looks like you’re using few WooCommerce Addons which could be breaking the theme. Try testing for a plugin conflict. You can do this by deactivating all third party plugins, and seeing if the problem remains. If it’s fixed, you’ll know a plugin caused the problem, and you can narrow down which one by reactivating them one at a time.
Let us know how this goes!
