Hosting NSBParticipantSo I am working on a new clients site and Cornerstone is giving me the uh oh, undefinable error is preventing the preview from loading.
Everything is up to date and I did a plug in test to see which one was doing it. It appears to be WooCommerce, now I checked your support version and my version is in there (current 2.6.9)
I tried downgrading WooCommerce to 2.6.8, that did not work, so I updated back to latest version. Can you look around and let me know what you see.
Things to know about this site, it was a magento site that was imported over to WooCommerce, and of course im on a deadline so anything you can do to help is greatly appreciated!
I will add site credentials for your login below
Thank you

RupokMemberHi there,
Thanks for writing in! There is no issue with WooCommerce but the conflict is with the “Magento to WooCommerce” addons you are using. Regretfully, we cannot provide support for third party plugins or scripts as our support policy in the sidebar states due to the fact that there is simply no way to account for all of the potential variables at play when using another developer’s plugin or script. Because of this, any questions you have regarding setup, integration, or troubleshooting any piece of functionality that is not native to X will need to be directed to the original developer.
Thank you for your understanding.

Hosting NSBParticipantI dont see how that is possible, Deactivating the 3 FG plugins still produces the same issue. the only thing that stops the issue is WooCommerce
Please advise

RadModeratorHi there,
It may delete them, please backup your site before doing so. Then you can roll it back again, or create a duplicate/clone of your site in a subfolder and we can do the troubleshooting there.
The provided FTP credentials are incorrect, please check it again.
Thanks!
