I may not have a problem here as much as a lack of understanding so bear with me. I have WooCommerce and bbPress installed with x-theme at http://www.blindboxes.com

I migrated a bunch of customer accounts from another store so there are thousands of users but only a couple new ones since the move which just happened.

    1) When someone reads a post in bbPress and are told they need to log in to comment, I expect they should be able to use their existing credentials but this does not appear to be working.

    2) I have a login/register in the sidebar. If you create an account here, you can post to bbPress but are asked to log in when you make a purchase– and the credentials created do not work.

I expect #2 could be a “roles” issue and I’ve installed “Capability Manager Enhanced” but haven’t seemed to expose a solution.

Any guidance would be greatly appreciated!

    Hey there,

It sounds like you might be having an issue with a third party plugin or script. Regretfully, we cannot provide support for third party plugins or scripts as our support policy in the sidebar states due to the fact that there is simply no way to account for all of the potential variables at play when using another developer’s plugin or script. Because of this, any questions you have regarding setup, integration, or troubleshooting any piece of functionality that is not native to X will need to be directed to the original developer.

    Thank you for your understanding.
