RupokMemberHi Jared,
Thanks for writing in! You could try testing for a plugin conflict. You can do this by deactivating all third party plugins, and seeing if the problem remains. If it’s fixed, you’ll know a plugin caused the problem, and you can narrow down which one by reactivating them one at a time.

JadeModeratorHi Jared,
Would you mind providing your FTP details as well so that we can check this further?
Thank you.

ChristianModeratorLooks like this is fixed? I could add a product to cart (see attachment).
If you mean clicking the Select Program button, that would not add a product to cart because your products have variations.
Thanks.

jared dParticipanti just disabled the AJAX option in woocommerce. read it in another post, ,my only question is what does the AJAX options do? will this affect my auto renewals that are part of my subscriptions
January 25, 2017 at 5:27 pm #1345436
Rue NelModeratorHello There,
Thanks for updating in! The AJAX option in WooCommerce section will enable/disable the AJAX add to cart option. When this is enabled, as soon as the add to cart button is clicked, the page will reload. When AJAX is active, the page will just stay still and AJAX will do the rest to add the product to your cart as soon as you click on the button. Disabling this option will not affect anything.
Hope this helps.

jared dParticipantThe woocommerce team wanted me to pass on this message,
Hey Jared,
AJAX allows web pages to be updated asynchronously by exchanging small amounts of data which means that it is possible to update parts of a web page, without reloading the whole page.
If AJAX was causing this issue, I would suggest you to get in touch with your theme’s developer to see if they are able to detect and fix it. Please share the response they provide, with us as well.

RadModeratorHi there,
Sorry for the confusion, disabling ajax will load the add cart page, either redirecting to cart or reload the same page. Woocommerce is correct. But regardless, it will not affect your site, it’s just how the products will be added on your cart.
Thanks.
