goalsarecoolParticipantI received an email from WooCommerce asking me to activate my subscription. Is this required before someone can make a purchase?

ChristianModeratorHey there,
No. There’s no function in X that does that. Please try testing for a plugin conflict. You can do this by deactivating all third party plugins, and seeing if the problem remains. If it’s fixed, you’ll know a plugin caused the problem, and you can narrow down which one by reactivating them one at a time.
Thanks.

goalsarecoolParticipantDo I upload version 2.6.3 like a new plugin? What do I do with version 2.6.2 which is already installed and active?
July 28, 2016 at 10:36 am #1107241
Nabeel AModeratorHi again,
You can just update the plugin via Dashboard > Plugins section.
Cheers!

RahulModeratorHey There,
You can go to Dashboard > Updates and update from there. You don’t need to download an additional plugin from anywhere. If you can’t see any update, you can wait for a couple of more days for the same.
In order to install version 2.6.3, you can follow above mentioned link from where you can grab it. You can install this Plugin manually as well. And no changes will be made to your older version.
Thanks.
July 28, 2016 at 10:41 am #1107245
goalsarecoolParticipantThat updates the plugin to version 2.6.4
I thought I needed 2.6.3
July 28, 2016 at 10:47 am #1107261
goalsarecoolParticipantSo, if I manually upload the supported version of woocommerce (v 2.6.3) I’ll have 2 wooCommerce plugins that are active?
WooCommerce v 2.6.2 and WooCommerce v 2.6.3
I’m confused!
Can you please help me understand exactly how I need to update the plugin from v 2.6.2 to the supported version of 2.6.3?
July 28, 2016 at 1:55 pm #1107532
RahulModeratorHey There,
Kindly share the current version of WooCommerce Plugin installed. v 2.6.2 or v 2.6.4?
Thanks.

goalsarecoolParticipant2.6.2

NicoModeratorHi There,
Please try to reinstall your woocommerce and the version compatible is 2.6.3. Which you can check it in the link below.

goalsarecoolParticipantI’m so confused!
I haven’t taken any action on this yet.
WooCommerce version 2.6.2 is installed. In the plugins section it’s telling me to update to 2.6.4. How do I update to the supported version of 2.6.3?
Why would I uninstall version 2.6.2?
July 28, 2016 at 9:32 pm #1108157
RadModeratorHi there,
You can manually download 2.6.3 here https://wordpress.org/plugins/woocommerce/developers/ and install it through Admin > Plugins > Add New > Upload Plugin
And please update your theme to 4.6.1
Thanks!

goalsarecoolParticipantOnce I upload v 2.6.3 what happens to v2.6.2 that’s already installed?
