Aqu1verParticipantI
d like to run eShop on my website and want to use WooCommerce plugin. What I noticed today, if I install plugin through X Addons my Homepage and Blog going blank, if I install WooCommerce through WordPress plugins all work well. What is difference between them? Why my website doesnt accept WooCommerce from X?June 9, 2016 at 1:43 pm #1034462
Aqu1verParticipantUpdate:
You have Version 2.6.0-beta-4, WordPress Version: 2.5.5, which means latest version doesn`t work on my website. Any thoughts?June 9, 2016 at 3:59 pm #1034670
JoaoModeratorHi There,
Can you clarify what version of WordPress you are running?
Also could you please provide a URL to your website?
Thanks
Joao

LelyModeratorHi There,
Upon checking, your site is not using X theme at the moment. Would you mind activating X theme and then install Woocommerce from Addons so we can check the issue regarding your BLOG page. Please also provide your admin credentials on a private reply.

Aqu1verParticipantJust to let you know. I made test with all plugin off except woocommerce- homepage and newspage were still blank, changed theme to twenty fifteen – homepage and newspage were displayed as they should, changed theme back to X homepage and newspage went back to blank.

RadModeratorHi there,
For now, please install the Woocommerce that comes from WordPress. It looks like a bug on update files on our end. We’ll sort it out. The compatible version should be 2.5.5 ( https://community.theme.co/kb/version-compatibility/ )
Thanks!
