    Hi There,

    Thanks for writing in.

Please update your X theme and cornerstne to the latest version because the woocommerce 2.6 is compatible only to the latest version.

    updating guide: https://community.theme.co/kb/updating-your-theme-and-plugins/

    Hope it helps.

    Thanks.

    Hello Christopher,

I already have read this post and tested this solution before publishing. It does not work.

In the new version of generated HTML, there is no more .cols-4 or .cols-3 css class
    There is even no list…

    Regards.

    Hi there,

Sorry to hear that you are still having trouble. However the page you have applied CSS seems fine. Would you let us know what else you need to make it better? We can provide some more CSS to make it better for now.

    Cheers!

    Hi there,

Thanks for your patience. We have discovered an issue with WooCommerce latest version and Revolution Slider. So if you have both running, you might face this issue. We are waiting for the fix from Themepunch, the developer of Rev Slider. Meantime kindly use the last compatible version of WooComemrce v2.5.5

    Cheers!

    Hello Rupok,

Following your advice, I have updated revslider to the last version 5.2.6 and the category page does not work properly yet.
    It must be something else…

As i wrote before, it is very strange because some css selector (like .cols-4 or .cols-3) does not appear anymore.

    Regards

    Hi There,

The version of the revslider you installed is not the compatible to X theme. Please the link below for the version compatible of X theme or you can remove then reinstal Revslider in X adds on.

Upon checking your setup, would you mind sharing us a screenshot of which part is messy or not looking great.

Let us know how it goes.

    Thanks.

    Hi Nico,

Following your advice, I have uninstalled the newer version of revslider ; re-installed the x theme version… and I am back to the beginning 🙂

For recall, here is the problem:

As written in my second post: here is the original version, before WC 2.6 :
    http://travaux.aureliendebord.com/amulet/categorie-produit/collection-precommande/foulards/

The live page ( https://www.amuletfoulard.com/categorie-produit/collection-disponible/foulards/ ) is far from this…

NB: As I wrote before, it is very strange because some css selector (like .cols-4 or .cols-3) does not appear anymore.

    Hi,

We have just released a new version of revslider with fixes to WooCommerce incompatibility.

Kindly update your revslider plugin to latest version.

    Thanks

    Hi Paul,

    Thanks for your answer.
But my problem is apparently not related to revslider because:
    – when I update the plugin (I did like you said) the problem still occurs
    – when I deactivate the plugin the problem still occurs.

My problem is more like the archive product template was able to load.

    Regards.

    Hi there,

Thanks for your patience. In that case, would you kindly add some screenshots that where it’s messy? It might be related with your custom code as well. Let us point the differences.

    Cheers!
