    My slider at the homepage has disappeared http://latresses.com/
    As well the shop prices despite me entering them correctly one the back end are coming out wrong on the frontside of the website.

    Thanks for writing in! You screenshot did not upload because of our file size limit of 512KB.

    However I can see your slider on homepage (https://snag.gy/nVM9eY.jpg). Could you please try clearing your cache and see if that helps.

    With regard to the shop price issue, we require your WordPress login credentials to check the issue.
    To do this, you can make a post with the following info:

    – Link to your site
    – WordPress Admin username / password

    Don’t forget to select Set as private reply. This ensures your information is only visible to our staff.

    Does it have a custom code? Looks like it appends $12.00 on most of the items. Please provide your FTP login credentials for further checking.

    Hi there,

    This is really weird, I can’t find what’s causing it. Is it okay if I disable all the plugins? Or please clone your site to staging and there I can disable everything without messing your live site. This is my first time seeing this issue.

    Hi there,

    It looks like a bug within your Woocommerce plugin. I disabled all the plugin and switched to TwentySixteen theme and it’s still the same. You may wish to contact the plugin author or community as I can’t get deeper into plugin’s coding, it’s complex and it’s beyond my capability.
