Larry KParticipanthello,
after almost 3 months of using Woo and X, and say about 100 orders…
out of the blue, some placeholder data was saved on the customer record????anyone seen this before?
I don’t think anything updated, etc. I didn’t 🙂
But the order that came in today had it… I’m baffled as to HOW this happened?I’m guessing it was just a weird, fluke?
but wanted to ask… just in case
🙂thanks

ChristianModeratorHey Larry,
Sorry but can you give us more details, screenshots and access to your WordPress admin so we could see the issue?
You can also try testing for a plugin conflict. You can do this by deactivating all third party plugins, and seeing if the problem remains. If it’s fixed, you’ll know a plugin caused the problem, and you can narrow down which one by reactivating them one at a time.
Thanks.

Larry KParticipantwell, really, it maybe was a one-time issue?
I don’t know how to repeat the problem.BUT obviously, it happened 🙂

Rue NelModeratorHello There,
It could be a caching issue. Since you have installed a caching plugin WP Fastes Cache, please clear your plugin cache before testing your site. This can cause the changes to not take place on the front end. It will eventually show up when the cache regenerates, but it’s not ideal if you’re looking to see your changes immediately. Caching plugins are best to turn on only when you’ve finished building the site.
Hope this helps.
