GeorgiaGParticipantWhen trailing the store it is not clearing:
user info
the cart
cc details
or going to a completed order pageInstead it stays on the page and the user info at the top of the page (name, address, etc… all shows with green highlights. It is on lockdown but can be viewed at https://poggiwines.com/be-a-star/ Do you have any idea what might cause this?
Sorry for the pic. I had attached a file and then realized it had my address but I couldn’t remove it, only replace. Thank you for your help. If you want credentials to log in please let me know. Thank you.

LelyModeratorHello Georgia,
Thanks for writing in! Regretfully, at this time I am not entirely certain what’s the issue based on the information given in your post. If you wouldn’t mind providing us with a little more clarification on how we can experience the issue, we’ll be happy to provide you with a response once we have a better understanding of the situation. Yes, please also give us admin credentials on a private reply.

GeorgiaGParticipantI can’t show you as it happens at the end of a purchase. I should submit to complete a purchase and then it clears or takes me to a new page confirming my purchase. Instead it puts a green highlight around all of the fields I had filled out and keeps all of my info including credit card info and the submit button is still active and the item stays in my cart count – but the purchase order has gone through as expected on the backend. I have a $1.00 test item I use with the option for shipping test which does not charge if you want to try it and I will send you money via paypal. I am also attaching the screen shot with my info blurred. This is onscreen after I have made the final purchase.

Rue NelModeratorHello There,
Thank you for the clarifications! When you are logged in, Woocommerce will automatically fill in the fields because all of this fields pertains to your account. You just need to review it before going to check out. When you try to use a different user name, it will display still account information for that user also.
Hope this helps.

GeorgiaGParticipantShould it still show after I submit or “Purchase”? I made a purchase and that is what I see after I am ‘done’.
Thank you for added clarification

GeorgiaGParticipantTHIS IS A MAJOR BUG AND NEEDS IMMEDIATE ATTENTION PLEASE
I am in checkout and I have made my purchase. This is not the auto fill when I just enter checkout from the cart.
At the suggestion of WooCommerce I turned off all plugins and turned on a default theme from WordPress. With XTheme not ‘on’ it behaved as it should:
- I made a purchase – my credit card info cleared
- I was taken to a new page that gave me a summary of my order and
- confirmation that my purchase was completed.
When I turned on X theme Parent (not the child to make sure it was not something in the child theme) and did a purchase I got the same error as before:
- my credit card info does not clear
- my page does not update and I am still on the order page
- The address fields all have a green highlight around them
- I get no confirmation of purchase on screen
THIS IS BROKEN AND NEEDS YOUR ATTENTION PLEASE. We are due to launch on Wednesday but will not be able to if this is the case. They have been doing a lot of pre-marketing and this will cause a considerable loss, and be damning to a new business. Please help.

LelyModeratorHi Georgia,
We’re sorry you’re having this issue. This might be also your square payment gateway.
We had the same issue before:https://community.theme.co/forums/topic/woocommerce-check-out-refreshes-page-doesnt-show-confirmation-of-order/, the order was successful but it doesn’t go to confirmation page. Although that user is using a different payment gateway than you. If you wouldn’t mind enabling a sandbox mode on your payment geteway so we can test an order and see if there’s an ajax error, it would be better.I will also forward this to our developer for more investigation. We will let you know once we have an update. Thank you for understanding.

GeorgiaGParticipantI have been going through all of the documentation and have successfully output a sandbox key but can not find any place to input the information. I have been looking both on Square and withing WooCommerce settings. I have emailed Square and will contact them in the AM and reply when I can set up the sandbox. Thank you very much and I apologize for the delay here.- Georgia

GeorgiaGParticipantHello support team! This is resolved I believe. It was a change from the shipping rates in WooCommerce. I made a small adjustment and it seems to be working now. I will be testing more today and let you know if I see any additional issues. Thank you very much for your help and support. Best, Georgia
