fantasy_5ParticipantHi!
I notice every time I update the Woo commerce Plugin my shop page content completely disappears (i.e. envira gallery and text). However, Everything on the page is still visible in my dashboard’s editor… just not on the front end of the website. The only thing that shows on the front end now is No products were found matching your selection. This is very frustrating. This is the second time this has happened. The first time I thought something was wrong with my page so, I completely deleted it, redid it, had to redo sub menus, update url, etc. I’m not trying to repeat this process and do not want to have this problem when my site goes live.
Even after deactivation the plugin the page still won’t appear and I am constantly redirected to the home page only and can not navigate the site in some cases. I’m sure it’s the plugin because it is only connected to the shop page and this issue does not exist on the other pages. Please help. 🙁

fantasy_5ParticipantSuddenly, the page is back. It’s really weird. Maybe it’s a ghost.

Rue NelModeratorHello There,
Thanks for writing in! Are you using CloudFlare or may have installed a caching plugin like WordFence, W3 Total Cache or WP Super Cache? Please keep in mind that after doing every updates, always remember to clear all caches when updating so that the code from the latest release is always in use. This will help you to avoid any potential errors.
And since you are using SiteGround, could you please disable the supercacher in your hosting panel or at least clear your site cache after every updates? The SuperCacher is developed by SiteGround exclusively for their customers. It increases the number of hits a site can handle and boosts the website loading speed. The SuperCacher includes 4 different caching options for maximum optimization of your websites. You can access the tool by clicking on the SuperCacher icon in your cPanel.
For more information about this, please check it out here: https://www.siteground.com/tutorials/supercacher/supercacher_intro.htm
Hope this helps.
