    I’m having a lot of trouble with WooCommerce not displaying properly.

    First when I view my “Shop” page it was showing “Index of /shop” and I couldn’t work out how to fix it. Thinking it might be a permissions issue I have changed the link to “Products” instead of “Shop” and now it shows the page but has a weird “showing the single result” grey box and nothing else.

    I have one product in one category so I would assume that *should* be displayed. If I go to the product directly it displays fine.

    Is there someone that can help me with this? Ideally I’d like to go back to having the main page be at “Shop” with a nice display of categories and such. Is there any way to use cornerstone with Woocommerce? I know how to use that but it doesn’t seem possible.

    Hi there,

    Would you mind providing us with login credentials so we can take a closer look? To do this, you can make a post with the following info:

    – Link to your site
    – WordPress Admin username / password
    – FTP credentials

    Hi there,

    The issue was caused by custom permalink structure. I just updated permalink settings from ‘/shop/%product_cat%’ to ‘standard’.
